To the point: Table unit for flexible powder micro-dosing (manually)

The MicroVibe can be easily adapted to the powder attributes and the target weight. The lab table unit doses minimal quantities as little as 1 mg, controlled by a gravimetric scale. Cohesive, free-flowing powder, pharmaceutical ingredients as well as mineral and metallic-based powders can be filled into any container form based on this “fill-to-weight” principle.

  • “Fill-to-weight” principle with gravimetric scale
  • Precise filling of vials, blisters, hard capsules and diagnostic strips
  • Easy mounting and removal of form parts
  • Flexible dosing system for powder
  • Aseptic minimal possible dosing quantity
  • Easy cleaning
  • Device for labs and galenics: MicroVibe for microdosing powder

MicroVibe is a dosing unit for producing dosing samples in pharmaceutical development.

Machine features

Various dosing methods allows the dosing of minimal quantities of powder. Depending on the individual powder properties different filling methods such as membrane filling, tamping pin, dosator or drum filling are applicable.

Filling capsules

Various systems for capsule filling allow the dosing of powders, pellets, tablets, micro-tablets, powder blends, active ingredients or liquids. It is even possible to dose capsules into capsules.

A gravimetric scale calculates the weight during the filling process. Once filling approaches the target weight, the output quantity is reduced and the filling process is continued via fine dosing until the pre-defined target weight is reached exactly. Fill-to-weight allows quick and precise dosing.

Filling blisters

The powder filling module can be equipped with a drum filler or with a membrane filler. The drum filler produces partially filled cavities whereas membrane filler is filling the blister cavity to 100%.
