Longitudinal transport: Platform with linear motion system for filling and assembly (intermittent)

The products are transported to each of the processing stations on product mounts via longitudinal transport in the FLT machine platform.

On the basis of the FLT platform, powder inhalers are filled, each product component is assembled and is then labeled. Integrated weighing process and camera inspections guarantee perfect processing.

Parts handling

Components are automatically taken out using vacs, grippers or tongs and accurately transferred. This can be performed in a linear or swivel movement. To increase the output, these systems can be set up at multiple locations so as to perform loading and unloading tasks at the same time.
