A warm welcome for the new apprentices.

Markus Höfliger, Chairman of Harro Höfliger's Supervisory Board, and Uwe Amann, Head of Human Resources, welcomed the new apprentices on September 1, 2022.

In fall 2022, 32 apprentices and students have started their working lives at Harro Höfliger. Over the next few years, 16 of them will learn mechatronic engineering and another four will train as IT specialists. Two candidates have decided to do an apprenticeship on industrial business management, one on industrial engineering and one on electrical engineering. The three trainees following the Ulm Modell will start with a shortened apprenticeship, following on to a bachelor´s degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Ulm. At the beginning of October, the five DHBW students with different specializations started their first week of training as well.

Uwe Amann, Head of Human Resources, and Markus Höfliger, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, warmly welcomed the next generation of employees: “We are pleased to be able to offer many young people training as a basis for a successful professional future again this year. Harro Höfliger continues to have a high need for skilled workers and is therefore investing in the next generation of professionals. We are already offering places for the start of training in 2023.”

After a break due to Corona, the joint kick-off event to get to know each other could be realized, this time in the Black Forest.
