Apprentices have started their career at Harro Höfliger
In fall 2023, 29 apprentices and students have begun their working lives at Harro Höfliger. 18 of them will learn mechatronic engineering; three have decided to do an apprenticeship on industrial business management and two candidates will train as IT specialists. The three trainees following the Ulm Modell will start with a shortened apprenticeship, following on to a bachelor´s degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Ulm. Three DHBW students specializing in international technical sales management will start their training in October.
The two-day kick-off event to get to know each other was realized in the Black Forest. Regardless of their chosen apprenticeships, all of them will be learning basic skills in metal processing as well as in electrical and control technology for mechanical engineering during their first few weeks at HH Academy, the company's own training center at the Allmersbach im Tal headquarters.
