Robot technology for flexible component supply

With the Trayloader Flex, Harro Höfliger relies on robot technology for the supply of device components. A gripper arm picks up the components and places them on a conveyor belt or directly into the workpiece carrier. The optional, direct machine linking ensures high flexibility. Another special feature is the trolley system, which enables fast and convenient tray feeding.

With an output of up to 60 parts per minute, depending on the tray, the Trayloader Flex is suited for small and medium-sized batches.
