Direct contact
Our project managers are the organizational interface who coordinate with the separate technical teams. There will always be a main contact available to you throughout the entire project. They will monitor deadlines and costs, clarify technical questions, and organize FAT and SAT.
International project managers
Clear communication and knowledge of the relevant cultural background is essential for international projects. We typically speak English with our international customers, however, we also have project management support in Chinese, Arabic, and Russian.

What does project management mean at Harro Höfliger?
Markus Hänle: The smooth and efficient implementation of projects together with our customers is our top priority. This is the only way for their production goals to be met quickly. Structured and transparent processes are an absolute prerequisite. This is why responsibility and tasks are clearly defined across all divisions within a project team. The project manager keeps everything under control and is always in direct contact with the customer.
Why do the individual technology areas have their own project managers?
Hannes Fischer: Due to different machine technologies and market requirements, specific expertise is required in project management. The specialization of our internal points of contact enables us to identify closely with the respective technology and provide a comprehensive understanding of both the market and the product.
What opportunities does project management offer young career starters?
Caroline Mildenberger: Project management at Harro Höfliger gives young career starters the opportunity to quickly assume responsibilities and gain insight into a wide range of processes. From receipt of the order to final acceptance by the customer, they are involved in all project phases of the machines and participate closely in the development of new ideas for implementing customer requirements. Being an interface between the customer and the internal project team means that work never gets boring.
What role does project management play in Harro Höfliger‘s service offering?
Markus Pfisterer: The project management team bears the responsibility for holistic and timely project planning up to the successful final acceptance at the customer's site. We assist our customers right from the product development stage and maintain close contact with Pharma Services and Engineering & Innovation Services. In addition, there are interfaces with the Validation and Qualification departments and Customer Service, which can, for example, prepare training courses for operating personnel.
