My own career clearly shows that Harro Höfliger provides you with the freedom to take new professional paths. When I started in the company, I was originally an electrician. I was more than happy to take advantage of the opportunity to further my education in software programming, and I now work in the field of control technology.

At first, I put machines into operation and wrote documentation. Now, I am working on standardizing software and providing individual modules for our large modular software system. This is a unique project with a strong team made up of dedicated colleagues from several different departments. Because we come from a wide range of different technical departments, we are able to quickly find a solution for any of our customers’ many challenges, and sometimes even an immediate complete solution.

And if, in addition to that, the work environment at Harro Höfliger is also top notch, then my own personal success is already fully programmed!
