Contrary to conventional destructive random sampling checks with delayed fill quantity regulation, the blister strips remain intact during this continuous process, while the speed of the fully automatic blister machines with membrane filling technology remains unchanged.
Smooth batch release
Automatic trend regulation is possible for the entire batch duration. Seamless data logging facilitates a smooth batch release. The X-ray system controls inhalation powder fill quantities down to a minimum of five milligrams.
